We are considering going to some major city in Europe next year, perhaps Rome, Paris, London, maybe even Budapest, for Pesach. We don't want to go on a formal "Passover tour" which is incredibly expensive, but would like to find either a kosher hotel/guesthouse which would be kosher for Pesach, or a self-catering apartment which could be made kosher for pesach near a synagogue or Chabad for the seders.
Any ideas?
